Syzergy (n.) the creation of alignment against all odds .......

1.The alignment and synergy that occurs when two or more parties get to the truth of an issue using passionate and compassionate dialogue.

2. The aha! moment that occurs when truth is reached.

The name Syzergy was chosen as an adaptation from the word Syzygy, which is Greek for union, paired, yoke and is used in astronomy. Syzygy means 1. Either of two points in the orbit of a celestial body where the body is in opposition to or conjunction with the sun. 2. The configuration of the sun the moon and the earth lying in a straight line.

We liked the derivative, and also liked that within the name lives synergy, energy, sizzle, vibrancy.

Syzergy is pronounced in the same way as synergy, except with a "z".
