Experiential One Day Workshop


In leadership today, it is essential that we have perspective on the world that affords a greater understanding of why people make the choices they do. Having this understanding allows us to respond appropriately to the different circumstances that we meet head on daily. We become better at solving problems, and working with the complexities of humanity.

Spiral Dynamics Integral is an elegant model based on developmental theory. Understanding this model allows us to transcend race, religion and the normal modern stereotypes.

Our Spiral Dynamics workshop will provide you and your organisation with an introduction to the following:

Learn how to speak the language of developmental stages.
Create an in-body understanding of your own stages of development, your strengths and weaknesses from this perspective.
Develop greater empathy and understanding for other people’s developmental stages.
Create solutions to problems that need “second tier” systemic thinking.
Music, games and activities to get an experience of each stage of Spiral Dynamics.
Have fun, play, learn.

The material behind Spiral Dynamics Integral is very complex. We make sure this rich subject is accessible in a very fun, practical and embodied way. There is music, movement, movie clips, activities, discussion.

Outcomes Expected

People who work with people will be able to know how to respond to people who operate from a different stage of development and perspective than we do. This has profound implications in our work. By meeting people where they are at, we bring respect, more opportunity for understanding, deeper listening, and many time, the results we have been seeking. We have higher empathy and are able to influence outcomes with integrity.
