What is truth? A difficult question, but I have solved it for myself by saying that it is what the  “voice within” tells you. All that I can in true humility present to you is that Truth is not to be found by anybody who has not got an abundant sense of humility. If you would swim on the bosom of the ocean of Truth you must reduce yourself to zero.

Ask yourself…
· How many times have I sat in meetings where I knew the real issues were not being addressed?
· What has been the economical, emotional, spiritual and physical cost to the company for not
confronting the real issues?
· How much time am I spending in endless conversations with others about what is not working?
· What conversations have I been avoiding, and what have they cost me?
· When was the last time I was completely authentic with my communication?
· Is my organisation fear-based, and, as such, does it punish authentic communication?
· If I speak my truth, what price do I pay?
· What issues are the leaders, or I, not addressing? If they did address them, what would be the
 consequence?
· When was the last time I ignored someone’s second-rate behaviour? Is this supporting them?
 Is this supporting me? Is it supporting others?
· If I lived a life based on conversations of radical truth, if I dared to care enough about myself
and others to tell the truth compassionately, how would my life, and theirs, be different?
 
 
 
 
PROGRAM OVERVIEW AND REQUIREMENTS

Radical Truth is delivered in a retreat-style setting over the course of two to three days.
The program is tailored to your specific team requirements.

1. Targeted Pre-Work
• An introductory interview with one of our master coaches that centers around your experience working with the team/partnership, your current needs and challenges, and your expectations for the program. Confidentiality is absolute.
• Targeted work around several of the key tools introduced in the program, including some assessment tools.
• Creation of the program duration, setting, activities, by senior coaching team.

2. Teleconference Meeting to agree on goals and outcomes
It is essential that all team members are in agreement of the outcome of the retreat prior to the event. This session is to clarify this, and build commitment to the process.

3. Core Session
An intensive two to three day program with numerous tools and models, which addresses:
• What is the truth?
• A look inside your own personal integrity bank account.
• Cleaning the slate.
• How to tell the truth, including the hard truth.
• How you show up as a communicator.
• Your beliefs around truth telling, and what gets in the way.
• Playing a bigger game, as individuals and a team/partnership.
• Creating rules and agreements that support you all.
• Language usage and clarity.
• Clarity of goals, responsibilities, accountabilities.
• How to support each other to play much bigger.

4. Post Work
After the retreat, group-coaching and one on one coaching will take place. The frequency and times will be agreed at the retreat. The coaching allows proper integration and effective practice of the skills, and ensures old habits are not regenerated.
